This Privacy Policy describes how TPFTN Ventures LLC, doing business as Find a Vaca ("we," "us," or "our"), collects and uses information in connection with our vacation rental properties and guest-support communications.

Information we collect

Booking information provided through the platform you booked on (e.g., Airbnb, Vrbo): name, phone number, and reservation dates, used to verify your stay.
Text messages you send to our guest-support number, and our replies, retained to provide support and improve our answers to common guest questions.

How we use it

To verify your reservation and provide stay support (check-in help, property questions, local guidance).
To notify hosts so a human can assist you when needed.
To improve our guest-support content based on the questions guests actually ask.

Text messaging privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with, or obtained by, any third parties.

Service providers

We use service providers strictly to operate the Program (e.g., Twilio for message delivery, Google for our property knowledge base and, where applicable, AI-assisted drafting of replies). These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing.

Retention

Message history is retained while needed for guest support and operational records, after which it may be deleted or anonymized.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts.
Email support@findavaca.com to request access to or deletion of your information.
