These Terms apply to the Find a Vaca website, guest support communications, and SMS guest-support program. Property reservations may also be governed by the terms of the booking platform, rental agreement, house rules, or property-specific guide provided to confirmed guests.
Guest support purpose
Find a Vaca provides stay-related information and guest support for short-term rental homes. Messages may include arrival help, house instructions, Wi-Fi or amenity support, checkout reminders, maintenance escalation, lost-item follow-up, and other guest service communications.

SMS consent
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive conversational SMS messages from Find a Vaca related to your stay. Consent is not required to book or stay at a property. Guests may contact us through the booking platform or by email instead.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your stay, guest-support needs, and whether you initiate a conversation.
Rates
Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out and help
Reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS messages. Reply HELP for assistance. You may also contact us at support@findavaca.com.
Carrier disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Your privacy matters. Please review our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Acceptable use
Guests agree not to misuse guest support channels, send unlawful content, or interfere with the operation of our website, messaging systems, or property-management tools.

Our SMS line is not a substitute for emergency services. In an emergency, call 911 first.
